PRESENTATION

The scientific laboratory was founded in 1991. During 20 years of activity, extensive research focused on the most important otorhinolaryngology issues has been carried out: immunologic aspects of ENT pathology, peculiarities of otorhinolaryngological diseases in young children and the chronification mechanisms of recurrent diseases, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of recurrent otitis media in children from the first years of life, conservative treatment of chronic tonsillitis, study and implementation in daily practice of laryngeal microsurgery, development of the principles of endonasal endoscopic surgery and the peculiarities of this type of surgery in pediatric practice, study of the impact of recurrent and chronic rhinosinusitis and endoscopic methods of nasal surgery on quality of life.
